  • You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the class starts.
  • No refunds are issued for:
    • Missed classes
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class
    • Classes already attended


2. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at [your email] with your booking reference. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.


3. Class Cancellations by Us

If we cancel a class, you will be offered:

  • A full refund
  • Or a transfer to another class, if preferred
